About MHAT Saarathi

Saarathi offers you someone wise and sensible to talk to or walk a distance with as you deal with your mental, emotional or relationship issues – someone who is thoughtful, respectful and non-judgemental so you can have the benefit of an informed, professional and wise perspective.

These may be deep-rooted mental health issues for which you may require psychotherapy or even medication, or issues connected with your roles and relationships in life, for which you may require counselling, or issues with connected with balance, clarity and direction in your personal or professional life for which you may require coaching.
